Developing Cyncrocity Ecosystem Discovery App
Cyncrocity App is like the Song Kick of conferences, it helps people find meaningful connections across innovation ecosystems.
Our first challenge was to develop Cyncrocity using Bubble.io a no-code platform that supports of complex user flows. This journey of 2 team members (designer and developer) consisted on understanding Bubble system, its capabilities and limitations. With motivation and persistent, we delivered a successful and visually appealing user experience for the platform, working collaboratively with the founder to bring our vision to life.

We had a starting point for developing Cyncrocity's user experience because the founder had created some initial wireframes of the idea using Keynote. Using these wireframes, we began thinking about how the platform could be made more user-friendly, visually appealing, and intuitive. We studied the wireframes carefully, identifying potential areas for improvement and discussing various design options to enhance the user experience. We also sought inspiration from other successful networking platforms to inform our design decisions. With a clear understanding of our goals, we began iterating on the wireframes, refining the design with each iteration until we achieved a visually engaging and intuitive interface that effectively communicated the platform's unique value proposition.

Excited to bring Cyncrocity to life, we began building a progressive web app (PWA) for mobile devices. We were proud of what we had created, as it felt like a real app that users could interact with. However, after testing the PWA with several users, we quickly realized that we had a major problem: the interface was too small to read on most mobile devices, and users had a difficult time understanding the platform's capabilities at first glance. It became clear that we needed to provide users with an introduction to Cyncrocity before they could truly appreciate its unique value proposition. We took this feedback to heart and went back to the drawing board to explore new design options that would make Cyncrocity more accessible and user-friendly.

After numerous rounds of iterations and user testing, we successfully developed a responsive web application that works seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, making it more accessible to users. We streamlined and enhanced the visuals to easily understand of Cyncrocity's capabilities at a glance. While this is not the final version, we are excited to have launched it and to receive feedback to continue iterating and improving the user experience.

Developing CYNC.AI
CYNC AI was a necessity born on the User Research process we conduct for Cyncrocity Discover App, its main focus is to help hosts create meaningful events that increases networking in many ecosystems.
For this challenge, we used Bubble.io, a no-code platform that supports of complex user flows, and 3 team members (project manager, designer and developer).

first version
developing the first version
The first MVP was developed as a whitelabel platform with a Checkout page and a networking App where all event details were displayed. The goal with this version was to be integrated in existing events websites as an embed and offer a separated access focused on the AI Networking App and some management tools.
second version
developing the Second version
Many user thoughts and feedback came after the first version, we found many rooms of iteration in the design and system functionality since most of it required manual work on the data. The second version was focused on the Event Ticketing & Management page, our goal was to provide more useful tools for the host and find increase the networking in the ecosystem by showing more event data, speakers and organizations related to the event with direct links to reduce the user manual research process.
MINIMAL LOVABLE VERSION (Current version)
After numerous rounds of iterations and user testing with different hosts, we identified and prioritized users needs, improved the system functionality by gathering user feedback and conducting a Heuristic Evaluation to identify more functionality problems.
Our main goal was to provide better management tools that our target needs.

Takeaways
Looking back at my path, it's amazing how things turned out. It's been a path from working in sales, retail, and business administration for over 7 years, to returning to my design roots and pursuing a career in UX Design.
It's been an exciting process of discovery, learning, and collaboration with Cyncrocity. We started with just sketches and a dream, which turned into a lovable responsive web app. But this is just the beginning, we're now poised to take Cyncrocity to the next level by deeply listening our users feedback and finding creative solutions to fulfil their needs.
